Author Guidelines
 
1. Scope
 
This journal scope includes research about organizations, institutions, policy formulation, establishments, networks, community, culture, language, communications, social changes, conflict resolutions, social behaviors, social entrepreneurship, poverty alleviation, livelihood, employment opportunities, new and emerging jobs, inventions and discovery of useful products.
 
2. Submission
 
All submissions to JSDI is through the official email account of the publisher. 
The submissions will be assigned to at least three independent referees who have professional backgrounds in the related subject area to determine the validity for presentation in the conference.

3. Manuscript Format
 
All submissions must include the following elements: title, abstract, key words, results and discussion, and references. References should appear at the end of the paper. Figures should be placed exactly where they are to appear within the text. Submitted papers must use one-column formatting with single-spaced text in a 11-point font. The submitted full paper is limited to 8 pages. All papers should be written in English. An abstract is essential for each paper with 100 to 200 words.
 
3.1. Manuscript Format: Abstract
An abstract is essential for each paper with 100 to 200 words. The abstract should state the objectives of the work, summarize the results, and give the principal conclusions. Abstracts must not include mathematical expressions or bibliographic references. Non-standard or uncommon abbreviations should be avoided, but if essential they must be defined at their first mention in the abstract itself.
 
3.2. Manuscript Format: Figures and Tables
Figures include graphs of results, schematic drawings, samples of output screen dumps, and photographs of special equipment or displays. Each figure should be numbered and have a caption. Care should be taken to ensure that the legends and labels within the figure are large enough to be readable after they are reduced. For final submissions, high quality (at least 600 dpi) figures should be included. Number tables consecutively in accordance with their appearance in the text.
 
3.3. Manuscript Format: Reference
Please ensure that every reference cited in the text is also present in the reference list (and vice versa). Unpublished results and personal communications are not recommended in the reference list, but may be mentioned in the text. The followings are examples for references:

4. Review Process
 
The submitted manuscripts are evaluated by anonymous referees for originality, relevance, and presentation. Revisions requested by the editor should be submitted through which will be forwarded directly to that editor. After the refereeing process is complete, a handing editor makes a decision for acceptance or rejection. There are two types of revisions: major or minor. For a major revision, original referees will be invited to review the manuscript, and make a recommendation. For a minor revision, no more reviews are required, the handing editor makes the final decision of acceptance if both the content and format are acceptable.
 
5. Once Accepted
 
If the reviewed manuscript is acceptable, we will send you a detailed guide and an author checklist for final manuscript submission requirements. The corresponding author will be asked to sign and submit a copyright form, which formally accepts their copyright transfer to the journal publisher, Sons and Daughters Publishing House Inc.
 
In addition, she or he should pay the publication fee, which shall be sent to the author through invoice. Publication fee is based on the minimum 8 -page manuscripts. Any excess shall be charge on a per page basis.
 
The manuscript will not be published without both the signed copyright form and the payment of the publication fee.

7. Submission Preparation Checklist
 
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submissions compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
 
The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
 
The submission file is in WORD format (US letter size).
The base font is Arial. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in this author guideline.
 
8. Privacy Statement
 
The names and email addresses sent trough email will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of JSDI and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
